Our chef Juan Kaiser, born in Peru and raised in Germany, cooked in renowned star houses — including Ikarus in Hangar-7 and in Vienna's TIAN (1 star) — as well as in other fine dining restaurants in Austria and Japan. Together with his team, he spoils our guests with clear, modern cuisine.
